Who is Hi-Sharp Products?
Hi-Sharp Products Inc is Canada’s largest Distributor for Petroleum Equipment & Repair Depot. Founded in 1991, Hi-Sharp has warehouses both in Toronto and in Quebec to cover all of Eastern Canada. With inventory in excess of over $1 million and one of the industry’s most knowledgeable staffs we pride ourselves in our ability to quickly and consistently bring value to our customers.
How do you accept payment?
We use Stripe secure payment technology to process credit card payments. We do not have access to your credit card info as it's processed securely through their engines.
How do you ship my order?
We use Purolator to ship your order wherever you are in Canada or the US. At checkout, the estimate of your shipping cost will be estimated based on the size and weight of the product.
How do you receive my tax?
We calculate the tax rate we are to collect based on your billing address. You can use our TAX ID to claim the taxes in your province. We do not collect tax from our US customers.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns at our discretion and on the condition that the product has not been used or damaged. Please contact our customer support for more information if required.
Can I track my order once placed?
Yes, you can log into your account to check the status of your order. And once processed, we will send you a tracking number for your order to track during transit.
